Career not ending! 44-year-old James Anderson to play in Italy after Lancashire exit
James Anderson will continue his cricket career in Italy after Lancashire declined to renew his contract. The 44-year-old will captain and co-own a Naples-based team in a 10-over tournament starting November 18. The competition will feature international stars and promote Italian cricket through coaching clinics, supporting the country’s ambitions to develop players for the 2032 Brisbane Olympics.
